By accessing our website and booking a tour, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2. Booking and Payments
All bookings must be made through our website or an authorized platform.
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
We accept major credit cards and secure online payments.
Promo codes, such as AROMATOUR10, must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour will receive a full refund.
Cancellations within 48 hours of the tour are non-refundable.
In case of extreme weather (e.g., heavy rain), customers can reschedule the tour or request a refund.
No-shows will not be eligible for a refund.
4. Tour Conditions
Our tours operate in all weather conditions unless deemed unsafe by the company.
Entrance tickets to attractions are not included in the tour price. We visit landmarks from the outside unless otherwise specified.
Meeting point: Piazza Della Repubblica 48. Customers must arrive at least 10 minutes before departure.
Late arrivals may result in tour cancellation without a refund.
5. Safety and Liability
Our golf carts and vehicles are insured with RC and RCA coverage.
Customers are responsible for their personal belongings during the tour.
We maintain strict safety and hygiene measures, including vehicle disinfection after each use.
Guides and drivers follow all local traffic regulations.
6. Discounts and Eligibility
Special discounts apply to pregnant women, disabled individuals, children with strollers, and children under 3 years old.
Discounted rates must be requested at the time of booking and cannot be applied retroactively.

All content, images, logos, and materials on this website belong to AromaTour.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited without written consent.
