What is included in the price?
All AromaTour tours include: private golf cart with English-speaking local guide, rain cover protection, and any food or drink experiences specified in the tour description (gelato, aperitif, wine depending on the tour). The price does not include entrance tickets to paid attractions such as the Colosseum, Vatican Museums, Pantheon or Roman Forum. The tours are exterior sightseeing experiences with stops for photos and guided commentary.
What happens if it rains during the tour?
AromaTour golf cart tours operate rain or shine. All carts are equipped with protective rain covers that allow the tour to continue comfortably in light to moderate rain. In the case of severe weather conditions that make it unsafe to operate, you will be offered the option to reschedule or request a full refund. Your guide will contact you in advance if weather is a concern.
Depending on the tour you choose, AromaTour experiences range from 2 to 4 hours. The Gelato Highlights tour lasts 3 hours, the Aperitif Tour 3 hours, the Rome by Night tour 2 hours, and the Artisan Gelato 4H tour 4 hours. You can cancel your golf cart tour free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time, with a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may not be eligible for a refund. For reschedules, contact us as early as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Where is the meeting point for the golf cart tour?
The main meeting point for AromaTour experiences is Piazza della Repubblica 48, Rome (in front of Hotel Anantara). This is a central location, easily accessible by metro (Repubblica station, line A), taxi or on foot from many hotels in the historic centre. Before your tour, you will receive full details including meeting time and a guide contact number.
